Delayed deliver by Buffalo logistics

I will like to express my dissatisfaction about Buffalo logistics ,I place an order with Shein on 5th of November 2024 was charged ridiculous amount for customs which attempted to cancel the order end up paying the amount on 15/11/2024 until today the order is not delivered hence my money was taken by Buffalo for customs ,I called the customer care still no help *********** agents telling me the order is in Durban that all its almost a month poor service very 😭
