Delay of package

I have been waiting for my parcel since the 20th March because I received an email saying my package is out for delivery as per usual, right. My parcel has been wrongly allocated for two days now and this has never happened before. I tried calling them since yesterday no answer and today the number does no longer exist. Its frustrating and there's no communication, no assistance whatsoever
