delay in delivery and wrong allocation

i am extremely annoyed at the fact that mothers day is sunday and i will only be getting my delivery next week, buffalo is useless and unreliable my parcel has been at their warehouse on the 6th and then wrongly allocated now i have to wait another week for my delivery which is now with a 3rd party.

i am extremely dissapointed
