Deducted customer service fee twice

Hi my name is Nomthandazo Makhavhu, Buffalo Logistics refused to refund me customer service fees was deducted twice when you call their phone is not working and they ignore emails and whatsapp, I feel they are ****ming people because it's busy season 😑
