Day light *******!

They are ****s and ********s. They ****** me in a day light. I paid for my order, they claimed they attempted delivery it and said the address was wrong. I called in to confirm the address and every detail was correct. They now charged me another delivery fee even though their honest agent confirmed my delivery was wrongly allocated to a driver who doesn’t cover my area. Their online portal showed the order was send out on Sunday and returned because the driver had car issues, it was sent out again 3 days later and was returned again same reason car issue. They sent it out again only to be returned claiming wrong address.
