Damaged my good, promised refund but still no response from them after a month of waiting

Very disappointed in the service. I am still owed money close to R3000 rands by this company who promised to deliver my items in December 2022. The lady by the name of Bianca Hulme promised to do a refund for my items since they were damaged and destroyed in the warehouse due to floods it is now January 2023 and I’ve not heard anything from this company.
