Customs Shein Payment

I have placed an order on Shein and on the 20 MARCH I received an email from Buffalo stating that I should send R198.50 for customs and I Did, Today I received another Email from IMILE LOGISTICS stating that I should send R212,45 for Customs, I do not understand if IMILE is responsible for my parcel why did Buffalo request money from me.
