Customs Refund

It’s unfortunate that I cannot give Buffalo zero rating. I ordered from Shein, and my parcel was lost in transit whilst attempting delivery on the 15th of June 2023. Shein processed my refund in less than a day, and to date, Buffalo still hasnt refunded my customs payment. I have sent them all necessary documentation and I keep getting the run around from consultants who don’t seem to know what they are doing. Their whatsapp number which is listed on their site is also very useless.
