CUSTOMS PAYMENT REJECTED

One thing about me I make follow-ups and till today I haven't received any communication from Buffalo regarding my Shein order. Can I get somone from your ****en finance department to call me because it seems as like no one gets the assisgnment or no one knows how to do their job right. Its been over 3 weeks since I made my custom payment. However I keep receiving an email stating that the proof of tax payment does not match the information you guys have on the system. I take my ****** ass time to call your outsourced call centre department and they too are perplexed as to why I keep receiving such communication as my payment matches what was required. I am sick and tired of following-up. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO THEIR ****EN JOB!!!!!!!!!!!! I demand a call back regarding this matter and I need my parcels delivered ASAP. Why is my POP rejected by the system. What information do you need ? this is not fair. This is the ****tiest experience ever had in my entire existence. One cannot even get through to Buffalo directly. Phumla Moloi you ****en sent me an email. Now have the ****en decency to take the ****en phone and call me as you can see with the email of concern I sent. I'm frustrated and furious and all you can send me is an email stating that POP is rejected ? what bull ?! WHY DID IT REJECT ? WHAT INFORMATION IS MISSING ?
