Customs Duty Rip-off

I am being charged a ridiculous amount for customs duty. Current order weighs (2.2kg) less than previous order (2.4kg) & the amount is less, previous order I was charged R140, current order I'm being charged R490. No one can explain it or direct me to people who can assist. Giving them 1 star because there's no option to give negative stars
