Customs duties

Buffalo Logistics is a very bad company. They don't respond to emails, if you call to speak to their manager, they don't put you through. They don't return calls. I paid double Customs duties on the same order from China. I've also requested my Customs documents (SAD500, Customs worksheet and invoice) and never received any. They're so unprofessional and I wish I had a choice to chose other clearing agent. I don't want Buffalo Logistics to clear my order ever again.
