Attempting to sort out delivery of a parcel. Customer service agents are very rude, share false information, deny the information which they have already shared, deny information being provided and claim that the customer is incorrect. Denying the presence of information on their website, stating that I am incorrect, and that the information is outdated and has been removed, while the up-to-date website was open in front of me while I was attempting to talk to them.
