Custom tax refund still outstanding :(

My order from Dec '23/Jan'24 was hijacked in good old PE. Shein was so quick in refunding me to the online "wallet", yet Buffalo hasn't given me back my tax. They are quick to email their standard refund form, but pathetic after that!! We are threatened with parcels being return if tax isn't paid, but they take as long as they want to refund. I have sent numerous and often tried to phone over the months, but I get no feedback on emails and no answer on the phones. Actually, their phones cut-off after you have been holding for 25 minutes. Today I got through to them on the phone - sure it will snow in PE today - and was told they pay refunds on Fridays. I ask the operator how many Fridays it takes and eish! I don't know. Well my refund is now "escalated". In the meantime, you are expected to pay tax on subsequent orders or else they will return it to China. Why can't they just match the tax payments to the latest order and you only pay the difference? Shein will also be missing out now, because they refuse to use a logistics company of your choice. As the saying goes: I am gatvol!! Sies on you Buffalo!!
