Custom paid but status not changing

Paid customs on the 26 of Apri till to this date the status hasn't been changed, buffalo is bad when it comes to customers service but they are quick to send the custom message but fail to update their system and customers order statuses. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😢
