Courier services worst ever

I wish I could give them a ZERO rating as I’ve only experienced trouble with the courier. SHEIN, I love all your goods, but unless you won’t change the courier services I won’t be ordering again. Sms was received yesterday morning for delivery, the driver phoned me at 5:53 for a delivery AT MY OFFICES!! I said he can deliver on Monday BEFORE 2pm as that’s when I leave, or if he wants to come deliver at my house which is 7 min away, I said I’d give him a tip, he pitched up with a car full of guys so obviously he’s not only delivering parcels but busy with other stuff. I gave him R70, he demanded R200, distance is not even 7 min away, he says petrol is so expensive. This company needs to close their doors
