Contact ways to Buffalo International that are a null

I ordered a parcel from Shein, which was then sent to Buffalo for delivering. It is now more than a week that I am waiting. I tried to whatsapp them as they say they will respond to. For 3 days already I whatsapp them every day and sometimes more than once a day. All with no respons. I tried to phone them. I had to hang on the phone for 12 minutes with cost, only to hear that no-one can help me then, in the middle of the day, and the message box is full. Loadshedding will certainly be to blame. The eighth day is nearly finish, with no parcel in sight. The parcel was on its way on 7 Sept, but due to vehicle problems was taken back to the depot. On Sunday, 10 Sept I received a message saying that the parcel will be delivered in the next 48 hours. But no further contact after that. I ordered parcels from Shein and other online shops. Buffalo was mostly the company for delivering. I had always good service from them. Received another parcel also on 10 September. I cannot understand what is happening with the parcel that was supposed to be delivered 7 or 8 Sept. Everything I try to get help from Buffalo just do not work. No feedback, no answer, no help. No proper or direct or easy ways to enquire.
