consultant rude and no delivery

have been calling buffalo regarding my delivery spoke to Christoper ,Basetsana and today it wa Phathu who was very rude refused me to speak to her manager and also refused to give me managers name when i asked her if are they not allowed to give their managers name she bluntly ignoed me and answer 'the manager will give me their name when they call me 'very disapointing my parcel is sitting at their warehouse for over 2 weeks now no one is calling me ...
