Constant wrong destination!!!!

This is just complete incompetence, my first package was send to the wrong destination and it has happened again with my second package. Communication with the agents has been fruitless even though I called and emailed way in advance when I noticed their mistake. It is a horror working with this company ,honestly!!!!
