Conned by Buffalo rep

They don’t even deserve the 1 star. They failed to pick up a parcel that was supposed to be returned to Shein. I called them several times, sent emails which they stopped responding to. The last time I spoke to their representative who conned me into cancelling the return order advising that I must restart the process. Only to be informed the allowed time for returns is expired
