Edward who was the driver desingated to deliver, failed to deliver due no answer on call but Edward took the time to communicate with me throughout the whole process. The agent at the call centre stated he'd send me a link but never did. However Edward continued to laise with me and keep me posted until he delivered the parcel. Very kind guy I must say. If possible, I'd give 5+ stars-thank you so much. 🤞🏾Keep up the good work 💯
