Compromising Customer service

I don't think businesses like Shein and Temu fully understand how Buffalo is compromising customer service in South Africa

I need to return goods and have contacted Buffalo multiple times to collect the items but if they bother to respond it is just to say a driver will be allocated. The period to return goods is about to expire. I will then sit with items I don't want that could have been returned if they did what they were supposed to so.

Wake up Shein and Temu!!!
