Compliment for Outstanding Customer Service – Ayanda Malewana

I received excellent customer service from Ayanda Malewana at Buffalo International Logistics.

I had received a notification stating that my parcel had been delivered, but I had not received anything. I called the support line, and my call was answered by a lovely lady, Ayanda Malewana. She confirmed that if the parcel was returned to the warehouse, she would follow up. She also informed me that the contact number on the system was incorrect and assured me that she would update me as soon as the parcel came back. Fortunately, my caretaker received the package.

Because of the excitement of finally receiving my parcel, I did not call Buffalo back to confirm. However, the following day, Ayanda — who I assume checked the system and saw that the parcel had not been returned — took the initiative to call me to confirm whether I had received it. She truly demonstrated care and a strong commitment to customer service, which I really appreciated.

She genuinely deserves a bouquet of flowers for her outstanding service.
