Completely unacceptable service and zero support

On Saturday 26 April, I missed a call from a private number. Minutes later, I received an email claiming my package was delivered and signed for. This was false—no one received anything, and there was no signature uploaded.

Later that day, the driver called again (from a private number) and admitted he still had the package but was already 40km away. He promised to return—he never did. I had no way to follow up as his number was hidden.

After the long weekend, I contacted the call centre on Tuesday. I was told the matter was escalated and I’d get a callback. No one called, and my package is still missing.

To make matters worse, email support tells you to use WhatsApp, and WhatsApp tells you to email—a complete loop with no actual help.

This is not just poor service—it’s outright negligence.
