Complaints

I bought few items from Temu. I must say I got the right sizes and quality as displayed however the service fails on Buffalo International Logistics. I made payment to Buffalo International Logistics which was duplicated for custom duties on the 30th March 2024. To-date I am battling to get refund of 1 payment. I sent numerous emails, called them, spoke to them. All they say is they escalated to their finance team. I ask to speak to their finance team and they refused to transfer call to them. I bought . Their service is pathetic, they don't know customer services.
