Complaint - Unreliable courier Company

Complaint: I ordered from Temu, vat and Duty invoice came sunday and I paid. I have mailed the proof of payment as well. Every day when I call they say wait 24 hours for it to be uploaded. The payment should reflect by now. When they deliver, the package get dropped of at the nearest place and they leave, meaning your package is lost / ****** and you never get a refund. They don't call to say they are at your place, they just drop it at whoever is available, so why do you give an address and contact number? Emails doesn't get answered and you only get lies no proper feedback. This is really an unreliable company and would not recommend any one to use them.
