Complaint regarding delivery service from Buffalo logistics

Dear [Customer Service Team/Manager],

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent delivery service I experienced with the company Buffalo logistics On 7TH and 8th of January 2025 I was expecting a parcel to be delivered, but the delivery attempt was marked as "failed." According to the delivery person, Tshidiso Mokwakwa, the failure was due to my phone number not being answered. However, I did not receive any missed calls from him, and this claim is clearly false.

In addition, Tshidiso **** about returning my parcel and failed to do his job properly. I request that you provide me with the dialling list or phone records that show any attempt to contact me, as I am confident that no calls were made.

To make matters worse, I contacted Buffalo's customer service and spoke with a representative named Mpho. During the call, I requested the surname of both Mpho and her supervisor, Christina. Mpho refused to provide me with her surname or the supervisor’s surname, citing company policies as the reason. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, and I find it troubling that such policies exist that prevent transparency and accountability.

I expect the following actions to be taken immediately:

A full investigation into the actions of Tshidiso Mokwa Kwa and a resolution regarding the false delivery attempt. An explanation for the refusal to disclose staff information by Mpho, and a review of your company's policy regarding customer transparency. A prompt resolution to the delivery of my parcel. ASAP Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves, as it has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. I look forward to hearing from you soon with a satisfactory resolution.
