Complaint / Loss

I am highly disappointed in Buffalo Logistics. My mother had ordered in March from Shein , she had to pay for customs and she did just that. On the 29th of March , as she was tracking her parcel it said the order had been signed for YET she never signed for any parcel . We tried enquiring to Buffalo Logistics. Till this day, they have been getting back to her . I am highly dissatisfied with their services. Please assist .
