Complaint for Buffalo Couriers, Logistics or Drivers.
I have a complaint with one of your drivers who called me and said they were at Atteridgeville police station when My address clearly states that I stay at 21 Bast Crescent street in Lotus Gardens. The driver rudely said that My area is unsafe when he was initially in a unsafe area to where my address is. The driver cut the call and did not even tell me what is the alternative. I am very disappointed for using the services because this is my first experience with you guys and i was not informed of this information by anyone. This is so unprofessional because the driver said to me " I don't know anything sir, I am just a driver. you can take it up with Buffalo" and I am confused because are their drivers not a representation of the company they work for? after I paid them for my customs?
This was such a inconvenience for me. I do not understand how there were a lot of strikes in Lotus gardens but the driver was in Atteridgeville,. It doesn't make sense because my area is a Suburban Area and Attridgeville is a really dangerous and notorious township. There is no one to fetch my parcel at the police station in Atteridgeville because I am at work and I stay with elderly people at home and they do not drive. Attridgeville is very far from my house and I chose for it to be delivered because i do not drive. That is so ***********. Please deliver the parcel to my workplace address because that's the only way I will get this delivery
