Complaint against Buffalo International Logistics

I had a parcel that was send back to Temu for refund. The parcel was handed over to Buffalo on 4 November 2025. I've received a tracking nr. Upon tracking this parcel I was informed that it has been cancelled and I must create a new tracking nr. I've called them and the parcel was tracked to their warehouse in JHB. I've received another message saying that the parcel was cancelled AGAIN and that I must create a new tracking nr. This will be the 4th tracking nr since November 2025. Temu only has a 90day period for this package to be returned otherwise I will loose my refund of nearly R900. I've called buffalo, I have send numerous emails but NO ONE is returning my calls or emails.
