Complaint about buffalo logistics

I received a message from Buffalo International Logistics on 21 of October stating that my parcel will be dispatched and delivered in 48 hours. It never came. On the 26th of October they sent me another message stating that the delivery failed because I didn’t answer any of my calls, but I did not receive any calls from them that day. It’s been 9 days since the delivery date and I haven’t gotten my parcel. Today I tried to call them countless times and everytime I’m close to speaking to one of their representatives, the call fails.
