Complaint about Buffalo International Logistic Company

Since May I've been waiting for my second parcel from Buffalo international Logistics they don't pick up my calls anymore I've paid my courier fee for both parcels yet they gave me 1 parcel. They no longer respond to my emails because I've shown them proof of everything yet they decide not to get back to me it's been so long I've been waiting but they don't care. I've lost hope for my second parcel they just give me trashy service
