Complaint

I ordered clothing from Shein and the tracking company they use is Buffalo Logistics. Now I have been tracking my parcels, my one parcel is still at the warehouse, my first parcel that I was supposed to receive last week was delivered to someone in Cape Town according to the tracking app. This is **************** as I do not even stay close to Cape Town and yes my address is completed in correctly on my order. Who received my parcel? This is the worst service I have ever received and Buffalo must refund me on the clothing that I bought!! How can you NOT make sure you deliver it to the CORRECT address and to the CORRECT person?? This is *****ing from clients and I will take this matter further with my lawyers!
