Complaint

I ordered on Shein on the 11th of March and I still haven’t received, the tracking updated that my package is been taken to a 3rd party express and they didn’t email me to inform me which company it is, I had to eventually find out by myself, prior to that I called buffalo countless times and the line was either ringing for eternity or not going through at all. I’m very upset with how they are handling things.
