COMPLAINT

This company should not be in business and Shein should really be using other courier services in SA. Their driver refused to deliver our package today and drove off with it. He was rude and hung up on us. They do not answer any of their telephone numbers or e-mails and ignore the customers. What should we do to get our package? Report a case of theft to the SAPS?
