COMPLAIN Shein Buffalo Logistics

I ordered on the 25th November, and I have been waiting for my order the whole week but it is there in the warehouse and it is not moving, I called them twice today the promised that they will send the order probably today or tomorrow but still it is there not moving, my worry is that I am going home Saturday but they don't care about that. Its almost a mnth now, I am not happy at all.
