Complain regarding my order

Today I received an email regarding my order that it will be delivered after 48 hours after 30 minutes when i track the order from Shein the email came in and it says the order has been returned from richards bay warehouse because of the wrong address I have been using this address for a very long time they didn't even bother to call me .how is the order wrongful allocated.
