Complain

I have been waiting for my orders for almost 2 weeks and tracking and sending emails to Buffalo then in the morning when I woke up I recieved an email telling me I recieved my package while our last communication was that my order was being investigated I am really disappointed because I keep sending email with the same response that tells me the order is delivered,I sent an email requesting the contact details of the courier till now I don't get any help I'm so disappointed
