Complain

It’s been 3weeks now trying get my Temu order, buffalo took my parcel to Vaal dc then I got an update saying my parcel has been returned due to no one at home, I don’t stay Vaal I’m in Johannesburg m, been trying to get hold of the consultant, been trying to email even tried buffalo WhatsApp number but nobody is responding, I just want my parcel or they should give me my order money plus my tax money I’m tired of trying to get hold of this company, there service is so poor
