Complain

I got an invoice text stating that i should pay R420 for my Shein orders and i did, but still getting the same Smses and phone calls telling me to pay that same amount i paid🥺and it has been a week now since i have paid that amount....I havee tried texting them on watsapp and on their email address also sending proof that I did pay but no response.
