******* company. I want my parcel 😡😡

I got a call on the 27/12/2024 from a delivery driver that he is in Bloemfontein and I explained to him that I am in Dealesville it is just the location names are similar. On the 30/12/2024 I get a call at about 17h34 from a delivery driver that he is Bloemfontein and I explained again that I based I am not based in Bloemfontein but Dealesville. He even said he will correct with the office in the morning. To my suprise when I track my parcel it reflects as received and signed for. The time it was signed for is 17h31 while I recieving a call at 17h43. I will open a case if I do not get my parcel on the 2nd January 2025.
