Close Buffalo logistic good

Iam sure,iam not the only one am one of hundreds that are not happy with the service of this company, I need shein to stop using them or there reputation and business will be lost ,do to the disappointment this company cost to this customer, I order good had birthday presents and new year eve presents in parcel ,it has been in transit for 10day to the third-party wish I have no idea of ,and not sure am I taken for a ride are they a **** of a company will I ever get my staff ,after spending to hide the disappointment on my family face ,costing me more.why can't they at least respond or follow up ,if this was a black company it would have being reported and closed a long time ,I need this company to be checked or even close it's useless
