“Client received” but I did not receive my package!

My package was meant to be delivered on 22 March 2024. The driver had called me earlier to confirm if I would be home and that he would deliver later that day. Since then the system status says package received and signed. I did not receive anything! There is no signed proof of delivery either !

I called the driver to ask about my package and he confirmed that he returned it to the warehouse. I have been calling him asking for my package and he has since blocked me.

Moreover, I have been simultaneously trying to get a hold of buffalo logistics and I do not get any responses! It’s been weeks and I am running out of solutions. Could anyone please assist me.
