Charged twice never refunded nor a response ever given!!!!!

They double charged me till today after numerous attempts my refund was not processed.

These people should be charged with theft and I will be opening a case with SAPS. ******* I tell you. Take innocent people's money and not be bothered. I will ensure every social media platform is aware of this peoples behaviour and how i was charged twice and never refunded.
