Car breakdown excuse for 2+ weeks delay

I placed my SHEIN order with Buffalo Logistics on *24 April*. The estimated delivery date was *4-7 May*.

On *5 May* I was told the delivery didn’t happen due to a “car breakdown”. It’s now *19 May* and I still haven’t received my order or a proper update. The lack of communication and repeated delays makes it seem like they don’t even have 1 delivery car running.

There’s been no proactive updates unless I chase them myself. At this point it feels unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time.
