Car accident claim for 3rd party

Good day

Am really not happy with Buffalo logistics I had an accident with on of they drivers bumping me. 4 weeks go by no feedback. I patiently wait to this day I have had no feedback.

I now call them to follow up on the claim, am being given the run around. I have to call the insure to follow up on a claim that they did. Bear in mind I have no claim number. And the attitude am given total wired. I mean am not at fault why should I be given the run around for a mistake which your driver did. I am totally not impressed with the company and I doubt I will be using its service further.
