Car accident cause by their driver

2 weeks ago one of their drivers drove into my car breaking the rear light. I’m the one who has had to follow up to try and get any information out of them. The person I am dealing with has now stopped replying to messages and puts my phone calls down. The help line is of no help. I am very close to having to pursue this matter via small claims court. Appalling service is an understatement!!!
