Can't prioritize

Baffalo logistics services is pathetic, the stuff are so rude, they don't even know how to prioritize, I placed my oder on the 4 of December was supposed to receive it on the 21st still not here, when I call the say I'll receive it next week, yet there are other people who ordered after me receiving Their parcels🚮🚮🚮🚮
