Can't believe this really

Really if Buffalo Intl logistics doesn't take us seriously what do we expect from their courier guy's waking up this morning to a call saying i have your package can you please send me your address it's not stated here so ,so I did canceled all my plans so I could finally receive my package I called the guy wanting to know what's happening he tells me one of his colleague will do the area that I'm staying in so he will no longer deliver my area okay i waited again now its 12 me calling the guy did you found out from your colleague how long he said i must call after 2 minutes but then he calls back asking him when is he delivering at my area he responded he doesn't know he has lot's of packages to deliver these are the courier services that called me at 7 this morning about my package as im writing this letter its 17:14 my day wasted this is what customer service is at Buffalo Intl logistics shein should really really consider they are *********** and tarnishing shein's name so disappointing.
