CANNOT UPLOAD PDF DOCUMENTS ONTO BUFFALO WEBSITE - cargo DETAINED

WORST service ever. I ordered from ONKIZA and was requested to upload 3 documents. Well , when uploading my Identity Document all I get is TIME OUT and the documents will not upload. I have written to Buffalo attaching the 3 pdf documents. Received confirmation that they have uploaded the documents, which they have not. I have phoned on 2 occasions and sent WHATSAPP messages and the issue is not resolved.
