CANCEL BUFFALO LOGISTICS!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Buffalo Logistics' service. I was informed that my telephone number was incorrect and instructed to reschedule my delivery. Despite complying with these instructions, my delivery has not been made for three days, and there has been no communication from their side.
The lack of follow-through and customer support exhibited by Buffalo Logistics is concerning. Their apparent disregard for customer needs and commitment to service is unacceptable. I urge a review of their operations in South Africa to ensure they meet basic standards of reliability and customer care.

I made considerable adjustments to my work schedule to ensure I could receive the package without disrupting their company’s operations. It is imperative that the package be delivered today, August 16th, 2024. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
